reminds me of when cops dress up as the grinch and give people hundreds of speeding tickets during x-mas. i can just imagine the conversation they had coming up with this pedo-bunny idea:

Cop 1: i’m bored.

Cop 2: we’re low on funding this year because the taxpayers wised up and voted down the bill to give us all 10% raises like usual

Cop 3: i know! let’s go troll some citizens via entrapment and hand out a ton of speeding tickets! solves our boredom AND our budget problems!
